LAKELAND WRESTLING

Lakeland Wrestling Club is based out of Rathdrum, Idaho

The Lakeland Wrestling Club (LWC) is a not-for-profit organization and is operated by volunteers exclusively for charitable and educational purposes reaching out to area youths ages 4 - 14 through the sport Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco-Roman wrestling. The club teaches valuable life skills such as self-discipline, persistence, teamwork and good sportsmanship. LWC promotes fitness, self-confidence, respect and mental toughness while KEEPING IT FUN.

Lakeland Wrestling registration is open for the 2025-2026 Fall/Winter Season

Practice will start the week of October 6th.

Practice will be broken up into 4 groups. Group rosters will be announced on the SportsEngine app.

Practice Times:

Green: Tuesday / Thursday age group 4/5 5:30- 6:20,
Bronze : Monday / Wednesday 5:30-6:30 6–8-year-old (DOE)
Silver: Monday / Wednesday 6:35-7:50pm 8–10-year-olds (DOE)
Gold: Tuesday / Thursday 6:25 – 7:55 pm 11–14-year-olds (DOE)

Practice times are subject to change based on the number of participants that we get. The coaching staff will assess skill levels, and participants numbers to make sure your kids get the best experience possible.

Season Schedule:
Monday October 6th - First week of practice - High School Wrestling Room
Parent meeting:   We will be having a parent meeting during the first day of your athletes practice - Meeting will be in the gymnasium below our wrestling room.
