2 Practices per week for your athletes team/group

Practice will start the week of October 6th.

Practice will be broken up into 4 groups. Group rosters will be announced on the SportsEngine app.

Practice Times:
Green: Tuesday / Thursday pre-bantum age group 4/5 5:30- 6:20,
Bronze : Monday / Wednesday (Novice) wrestlers 5:30-6:30 6–8-year-old (DOE)
Silver: Monday / Wednesday 6:45-8pm 8–10-year-olds (DOE)
Gold: Tuesday / Thursday 6:30 - 8 pm 11–14-year-olds (DOE)

Practice times are subject to change based on the number of participants that we get. The coaching staff will assess skill levels, and participants numbers to make sure your kids get the best experience possible.

Season Schedule:
Monday October 6th - First week of practice - High School Wrestling Room
Parent meeting:   We will be having a parent meeting during the first day of your athletes practice - Meeting will be in the gymnasium below our wrestling room.
